I want to start by sharing a little bit about how photography found me a few years ago when I was given a camera for my birthday.

I've always been the type who beats to their own drum and never found their true calling in life. That is, until I picked up my first camera and awoke my passion for photography. I've always been innately artistic, but photography wasn't something I saw myself turning into a profession. Growing up with dyslexia had me questioning my own abilities and school was very challenging for me. Through those difficult times I found myself drawn to any form of creative expression. Art always made me feel like I was actually good enough, it has been a place I felt like I belonged. Being able to express myself in creative ways was an outlet for me and brought me so much joy.

I am lucky to be able to do what I love and share my passion with others. My vision as a photographer is to capture the love of my couples so naturally that they don't have to question anything. They just show up, embrace what may feel a little uncomfortable at first, laugh a whole lot, and end up feeling incredibly empowered by the process. Love is really a beautiful thing and I value representing that in the pictures I capture. I'm willing to do what it takes to get an amazing picture, even if that means hanging upside down or laying down in a puddle. I go to great lengths for my clients and will do whatever I can to recreate their amazing love story in a picture!

Photography has given me confidence and a deep sense of purpose in my life. But what about when I'm not hanging out with my amazing clients or editing beautiful galleries? I love to spend time with my friends and my fur babies. In my free time you can find me going for drives, going antiquing in little towns around the PNW, trying new places to eat, or having game nights with my friends and family. Always! Enough about me, I really do look forward to getting to know you more and hearing about your incredible love story! :)
